About Tanvir Shahriar Rimon

I am currently serving as Director of the Property Division at ACI Limited, where I am entrusted with building and leading ACI’s emerging property business. I am spearheading the growth of Sereno Levande, ACI’s integrated digital property services platform, bringing together five verticals—Digital Marketplace, Serviced Apartments, Property Management, Premium Resale, and Corporate Housing.

My vision is to scale Sereno Levande to its next level of growth and eventually take the platform into the global market. In the next phase, we aspire to contribute to building integrated, sustainable, and future-ready cities across different divisions of Bangladesh—creating communities where people can live, work, connect, and thrive.

With over two decades of experience in real estate and business leadership, I bring a perspective shaped by extensive experience in developing homes, communities, businesses, and teams. My focus at ACI is to combine this experience with the organisation’s culture of trust, innovation, and excellence to build a modern, customer-centric, technology-enabled property ecosystem.

Prior to joining ACI, I spent almost a decade with RANCON Group, serving as Executive Director and CEO of the Real Estate & Sea Fishing Division, overseeing four companies—RANCON FC Properties Ltd., RANCON Sea Fishing Ltd., RANCON Oceana Ltd., and RANCON Marine Fish Preserver Company. This broader responsibility gave me valuable exposure to diversified businesses, international markets, strategy, operations, and transformation.

Sustainability has always been close to my heart, and I have consistently promoted greener construction, environmentally conscious design, and inclusive urban development.

My journey in real estate began in 2003, and I have been fortunate to contribute to the development and delivery of more than a thousand homes. Every project has been a learning experience and an opportunity to understand how the built environment can positively influence people’s lives.

At the core of my journey is a simple belief—that being a good human being matters most. I try to lead with empathy and emotional intelligence, while helping people grow and realise their potential. I remain committed to continuous learning and to creating meaningful value for people, businesses, communities, and the environment.
